Nafees: Exclusive offers for private sector workers and 50% discounts

‏Etisalat by E&T has recently entered into a memorandum of understanding with the UAE Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFES). This collaboration aims to extend exclusive benefits to individuals employed in the private sector and registered on the "NAFES" platform. Such initiatives align with Etisalat's strategic objective of bolstering the development and progression of Emirati professionals.

The signing of the agreement was conducted by Mohammed Hammoud Al-Alawi, who holds the position of Director of Research and Studies at the UAE Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFES), and Ali Al Mansouri, who serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Etisalat by E&. This event took place in the presence of Ghannam Al Mazrouei, the Secretary General of the UAE Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFES). During the GITEX 2023 show, an interaction took place between Hatem Dowidar, the CEO of E&, and an undisclosed individual.

Individuals employed in the private sector who have enrolled on the "Nafis" platform pursuant to this agreement will be granted a unique 50% reduction on designated (Freedom) packages, valid for a duration of 12 months. This promotional opportunity encompasses both existing and prospective subscribers.

Etisalat, a subsidiary of E&T, has become a participant in the Nafs initiative since the previous year. As part of this commitment, Etisalat aims to recruit and empower over 500 Emirati professionals specializing in retail, customer service, and information technology within a span of five years. Etisalat emphasizes its dedication to ensuring that these newly hired individuals receive appropriate support and opportunities for growth. This initiative aims to facilitate career advancement in the communications and technology sector by providing individuals with the requisite experience, skills, and solutions that promote distinction and excellence. Moreover, it aligns with the United Arab Emirates' national agenda of fostering a knowledge-based economy.

Furthermore, "Etisalat by E&T" has introduced the inaugural self-service store in the telecommunications industry worldwide, incorporating artificial intelligence technology. This innovative store leverages cutting-edge technologies to enhance customers'purchasing experience when acquiring the company's services, advanced solutions, and devices.

The "EASE" store in the United Arab Emirates offers an opportunity for visitors to gain insights into the future of the retail industry. This is achieved through the integration of various advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, facial recognition, smart gates, computer vision, robotic systems, smart display interfaces, and receiving devices. The topic of discussion pertains to the sales of smart phones and their accompanying accessories.

The self-store offers customers a distinctive shopping experience, which commences with entry into the store via facial recognition technology or the "Etisalat by E&T" application by selecting the "EASE" icon. This enables customers to procure a diverse array of products and services, encompassing mobile and landline package services, accessories, new phones, and phone replacements. Upon concluding the purchase process, customers can promptly exit the store, as their purchases are automatically identified without necessitating additional procedures.
