The Abu Dhabi Police have issued a statement urging drivers to actively participate in promoting road safety and preventing accidents. Specifically, they emphasize the importance of refraining from engaging in disruptive behaviors such as tailgating vehicles in the overtaking lane, using high beams and horns excessively. These actions have been identified as causing significant confusion among drivers, diverting attention from the road, and ultimately resulting in severe traffic accidents.
