Free residency in the UAE
The new Emirates residency law provides free residency in the Emirates, which is the first of its type at the federal level, as it was introduced and awarded to independent, self-employed people without the requirement for a work permit and employment contract.
This law is thought to ease the restrictions for free residence in the UAE, even if the company to which he belongs is not really situated on the state's territory. Furthermore, instead of 18 years, free residency now includes children up to the age of 25.
