Etisalat E& offers discounts of up to fifty percent, Under the terms of this agreement, citizens working in the private sector who are registered on the "Nafis" platform will be eligible for an exclusive discount equal to a reduction of fifty percent on selected (Freedom) package prices for a period of one year. This limited-time deal is available to both existing and prospective subscribers alike.

Masoud Sharif Mahmoud, the CEO of Etisalat by E&M, stated that the company currently covers 98.74% of populated areas in the UAE with fifth generation networks, while the coverage of the fiber-optic network connected to homes has reached 99.85%. This indicates that the company has recently been successful in reducing the number of customers who require technical support, which had increased by more than 50% in comparison to the number of customers who required support in previous years.
