The second and third violations, "Failure to renew the registration within 60 days from the date of its expiration," and "Failure to update the data within 30 days from the date of changing the data," will each result in a punishment of 500 dirhams for each month, with a maximum fine of 10,000 dirhams. 2,500 dirhams, and the fifth violation includes "damaging, removing, or tampering with the locks of the electronic tracking device, or its affiliated devices, or opening the shipment before it arrives."
