The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is going to debut four specialized bus routes on October 18, to coincide with the inauguration of the 2023-24 season of Global Village. These bus routes are going to cater to visitors of Global Village. These services intend to improve connectivity and accessibility to one of Dubai's most well-known cultural and recreational destinations. The following is a description of each of the four bus routes:

  • Route 102: Departing from Rashidiya bus station, this service will be available every hour.
  • Route 103: Operating from Al Ittihad bus station, buses will run every 40 minutes.
  • Route 104: Serving passengers from Al Ghubaiba bus station, this route will have departures every hour.
  • Route 106: Departing from the Mall of the Emirates bus station, this route will have hourly services.

For a one-way travel to the Global Village, passengers on any of these bus routes will be required to pay the standard fee of Dh10 per ticket. In order to provide these services, the RTA will make use of deluxe coaches, which will make the trip more comfortable while also increasing its productivity.

Additionally, the RTA plans to reintroduce its electric abra service at the Global Village. This service will feature two traditional boats powered by electricity, offering visitors a unique waterway experience within the park.
