Urgent.. The UAE announces facilitating the issuance of entry visas for citizens of this country

In addition to reopening its embassy in Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates intends to establish a joint committee to develop a system that will facilitate the issuance of entry visas to the UAE for Lebanese citizens.

According to reports from the United Arab Emirates news agency WAM, this new development occurred after the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met with the temporary Prime Minister of Lebanon, Najib Mikati, on Thursday at Qasr Al-Shati in Abu Dhabi.

Fraternal relations between the Emirates and Lebanon

"discussed the brotherly relations between the two countries and ways to enhance ties in various fields, including development and economy, to serve the interests of both countries," was one of the topics that was brought up during the meeting between the two heads of state. Additionally, both parties discussed the most recent events to take place in Lebanon as well as ongoing efforts to find answers to existing problems.

Sheikh Mohamed emphasized the United Arab Emirates' "unwavering stance on the unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Lebanon as well as its unwavering support for the Lebanese people."

UAE policy towards Lebanon

In addition to this, he emphasized that the policy of the UAE toward Lebanon "is based on its support for all measures that preserve Lebanon's security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial unity and serve the interests of Lebanon's people."

WAM reports that the Lebanese prime minister "expressed his deep appreciation to Sheikh Mohamed for the consistent support provided by the UAE to Lebanon.

Mikati pointed out that the aid provided by the UAE has had a good effect on the Lebanese people and has improved the country's ability to deal with a variety of issues.
