The emirates issues a law regarding the emblem of the Emirate of Dubai and penalties for violators

Actions that are not allowed
Before acquiring the licence referred to in this legislation, it is illegal for any person other than government agencies and anyone authorised to use it in any form or by any means to use the logo in any way.
It is also forbidden for any person to insult the logo in any way, to distort it, to undermine its worth or status in any way, or to use it in any activity or event that is inconsistent with the values and principles of the Emirate of Dubai, or that conflicts with public order and public morals. In addition, it is forbidden for any person to use the logo in any activity or event that is inconsistent with the values and principles of the Emirate of Dubai.
Disciplinary measures
Anyone who commits any of the prohibited acts stipulated in this law, and in the event that he is convicted, the court orders the confiscation of the tools and equipment that were used in the commission of the crime. This is in addition to any more severe penalty that may be stipulated in any other legislation.
Reconciliation of the situation
Any person who uses the logo on the date that this law goes into effect, other than government agencies or entities that have been authorised to use the logo, is required to remove it and stop using it completely within thirty days of the date that this law goes into effect, unless that person has obtained the special permission that was discussed earlier in this section. in reference to it in this law.
His Majesty The Chief of the Court of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai shall provide the appropriate decisions to execute the requirements of this law, and any text in any other legislation that disagrees with its provisions shall be repealed. It will be published in the Official Gazette and will take effect on the date it is published.
