The UAE announces jobs for recent graduates starting at 21 thousand dirhams
Several organizations have announced their participation in the 25th annual National Employment Fair for Expo Sharjah to provide jobs for young residents and recent graduates looking for work in a wide range of specialties.
Participants in the exhibition explained that the “Nafis” program greatly benefited the private sector in attracting young citizens, and recent graduates, as it encouraged them to join the private sector after they had fears about working in it and preferred the government sector more.
Salaries for jobs offered to recent graduates:
Companies that use the Sharjah Government Human Resources Department platform added that entry-level jobs are available and pay up to 6,000 dirhams per month, in addition to a salary starting at 5,000 dirhams for those who do not hold a university degree and 7,000 dirhams for those with a university degree, as jobs in the financial sector and banking sectors start at about 21,000. AED annually, excluding “Nafes”.
The Deputy CEO of the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, Sultan Khalifa Al Ali, said that the jobs offered by the bank during the exhibition include those with high school diplomas and above, but of course, priority goes to those with university degrees, indicating that the jobs offered include (personal banking services, credit, IT, and banking).
The participants in the National Exhibition confirmed that the jobs offered exceeded 50 jobs in various specializations, stressing that the “Nafis” program greatly benefited them in attracting young citizens, especially graduates, pointing out that a large percentage of young citizens were employed through employment fairs in various emirates of the country.
University of Sharjah jobs:
According to the plan set by the University of Sharjah for the year 2023-2024, the employment plan has currently been completed in cooperation with the Human Resources Department of the Government of Sharjah. The priority was for graduates of the University of Sharjah, but the university welcomes talents from young citizens. The Sharjah Society confirmed that the exhibition is witnessing the offering of jobs in various specializations such as “human resources.” And IT includes other functions such as electronic security, in addition to technical functions such as the Information Technology Center, the College of Engineering and Computing, and research laboratories.”
The University of Sharjah stated that last year witnessed the appointment of a number of young citizens applying through the exhibition at the University Dental Hospital and the Sharjah Academy for Space and Astronomy Sciences and some other jobs for young people proposed by the Human Resources Department in the emirate, pointing out that the university is offering 32 jobs within this exhibition and has a plan for employment within the framework of the policy. Sharjah Islamic Bank jobs for recent graduates:
The head of the Human Resources Department at Sharjah Islamic Bank indicated that the bank aims to increase Emiratisation, empower national cadres and attract cadres, as it adopts a group of training programs, the most important of which is (Masar), in addition to currently fruitful cooperation with the initiatives of the (Nafis) program to support the Emiratisation of citizens within five years, as once The end of the employment fairs, the bank communicates with young applicants quickly and conducts interviews to appoint applicants for available jobs, stressing that the bank greatly supports Emiratisation policies and the empowerment of young national cadres.
