UAE closes a famous Egyptian restaurant in Abu Dhabi for these reasons

The Abu Dhabi Authority’s decision included that the restaurant, which holds commercial license No. (CN-3824604), violated Law No. 2 of 2008 related to food, due to its danger to public health, without receiving many violations related to food safety for restaurants.
The authority explained that the restaurant received 4 violations and a warning to close for reasons related to the presence of ready-to-eat food items exposed and exposed to contamination, the spread of insects, the frequent smoking of workers in the storage areas, and the failure to provide a pest control contract.
The restaurant will remain closed until the violations are corrected
The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority added that the administrative closure decision urges the restaurant to continue and will not be allowed to carry out its activity again, except after the aforementioned violations are corrected, all necessary requirements for practicing the activity are met, and the reasons for closure are removed.
The authority indicated that the closure and detection of the observed violations comes within the framework of inspection efforts aimed at strengthening the food safety system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Adherence to food safety requirements
Emphasizing the supervisory role to ensure that all establishments adhere to food safety requirements, explaining that all establishments, regardless of their nature and food products, are subject to periodic inspection by the Authority’s inspectors to ensure their compliance with food safety requirements.
The Authority appealed to the public to contact it and report any violations observed in any food establishment or when there is doubt about the contents of a food item.
