The consulate will offer consular services, document documents, and support the business interests of the Emirates, he noted, thereby strengthening governmental and commercial ties between the UAE and the western area of the United States.According to him, the consulate will act as a hub for the growth of Emirati-American collaboration and offer the region essential support in this area from the US.
Over the past five years, the UAE has been the US's top commercial partner in the Middle East and North Africa; in 2013, the two nations exchanged more than $26 billion in goods and services.
